Non-CMHS Supported Participants

The 2007 Joint National Conference has reserved a block of rooms at the Renaissance Hotel, Washington, D.C. Hotel for the nights of May 28 through May 31, 2007. Although not eligible for CMHS reimbursement, all Non-CMHS Supported Participants are eligible for the Federal rate ($188 per night + taxes before Thursday May 31 or $162 + taxes after May 31), however, in order to receive this rate, reservations must be made through Magna Systems either:

CMHS Supported Participants

CMHS Supported Participants who live more than 50 miles from the conference site are eligible to receive a hotel room and per diem. The 2007 Joint National Conference has reserved a block of rooms at the Renaissance Washington, DC Hotel for the nights of May 28 through May 31, 2007. If you wish to arrive early or stay after the Conference at your own expense, at the Federal rate ($188 per night + taxes before Thursday May 31 or $162 + taxes after May 31). Due to Federal regulations, cannot provide meals or refreshments at the conference. However, the hotel has both formal and informal restaurants, as well as, a Starbucks coffee shop. For your convenience, will provide a list of local restaurants in your materials when you sign in for the conference at the Grand Registration Desk at the hotel.
