Before you register:
Please have prepared a travel itinerary with your first choice travel and an alternate. Do not puchase your itinerary. Search for your flight or train using a travel website of your own choice. You must select the lowest price ticket on your selected route that departs at your approximate departure time.

Travel by Private Vehicle: You may drive a privately owned vehicle (POV) to the conference. You will be reimbursed for mileage at $0.485 per mile, up to the cost of the lowest roundtrip airfare between your home city and Washington, D.C. Reimbursed travel expenses include tolls and daily parking at the hotel.

50 Mile Rule:
Federal rules do not allow travel or lodging for persons who reside within 50 miles of the Conference Site. Please be aware that if you live within 50 miles of the Renaissance Hotel, you will not receive travel, lodging or per diem, even if you are CMHS Supported.
